What are the opening hours of the showroom?
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are located at Calle Caños del Peral 11, Madrid. Remember that we attend by appointment only, send us a direct message to make an appointment!
I have doubts about my size, can you help me?
Of course! You can check our sizing guide in the dropdown of each product on the website. If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What can I do if I have problems with my shipment?

How can I make a return?
To make a return, please use the same original packaging. The return address is: Calle Caños del Peral 11, 1º Izquierda, 28013, Madrid, Spain. Please remember to generate and pay for your own shipping label.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, please send us a message via chat or email to comercial@andesites.com as soon as possible.

¿Cómo son las tallas de Andesites?
We use European sizes. Please refer to our sizing guide and the comments on each product to make sure. If you have any questions, we are available by mail to help you.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number to check the status of your order.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Delivery time is 1 to 5 days for domestic shipments and 3 to 7 days for EU shipments, starting from order confirmation and product availability.
Can I order as a gift?
Yes! We offer the option to order as a gift, with the possibility to include a personalised message. The invoice will not be included in the package.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Klarna credit cards. With Klarna, you can split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments.
