Washing machine

• To keep denim in the best possible condition, wash at a low temperature, ideally at 30°C.
• To avoid fading and discolouration, turn jeans inside out before washing.
• To avoid colour fading and fading, turn jeans inside out before washing, as the pigments in denim can fade, so it is best to only wash with similar colours to avoid damaging other garments.

Hand wash

• Turn your jeans inside out, stretch them out and cover them with a few inches of cold (or warm) water and soak them in detergent for 45 minutes.Rinse them in cold water to remove any detergent residue.

How to dry your jeans

• To avoid warping, dry them inside out and don't even think of putting them in the dryer!

Shipping costs within the EU will be €9.95. In this case, deliveries will take between 3 to 5 business days from order shipment confirmation.

Orders to be paid by transfer will remain active for 5 days and will be canceled if payment is not made within this period.

If the product you order is out of stock, the web sales team will contact you to offer an alternative. Low-turnover items may not be available at a given time. If the delivery delay exceeds your expectations, you can request the cancellation of the order and a refund of the amount paid.

Items may undergo changes in appearance without prior notice from the manufacturer or distributor, so in some cases, the photos may not correspond to the final design of the item. We adhere to the specifications provided by the manufacturer or distributor, but we cannot fully guarantee that the item will look exactly as shown in the photograph.

Any costs for changes in the delivery location after the order has been shipped or for secondary addresses not specified will be borne by the customer.

If the chosen item does not meet your expectations, we will not object to an exchange or return. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unused, and in their original packaging to ensure a refund.

Always make sure to keep the product's original packaging and the purchase receipt. We will proceed with the refund as long as no more than 15 days have passed since the purchase date. Please note that only the cost of the items will be refunded, not the shipping costs, if applicable. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, and the amount will be the same as indicated for standard shipping.

Once the item has been received at our facility and we have confirmed it meets the return conditions, the product's amount will be refunded in the same payment method used.
