Shipping, payment, return policy and general terms and conditions

Free shipping for purchases of €75 or more to the Iberian Peninsula or Balearic Islands / For orders under this amount, standard shipping costs of €4.95 apply to the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands / For Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the standard shipping fee is always €14.95 / Delivery time will always be subject to the conditions of the corresponding transport company in each case and the availability of the product / For shipments within mainland Spain, it will be 24-48 hours as previously stated (on business days) from order confirmation / This period may be longer during sales periods, Black Friday or special promotions / Shipping costs within the EU will be €9.95 / In this case, deliveries will be between 5 and 7 business days from the order shipment confirmation.

If the product you request is out of stock, the web sales team will contact you to offer an alternative / Low-turnover items may not be available at any given time / If the delay in the delivery of your order exceeds your expectations, you can request cancellation and a refund of the amount paid.

Items may be modified in appearance without prior notice by the manufacturer or distributor / In some cases, photos may not correspond to the final design of the item / We adhere to the specifications provided by the manufacturer or distributor, but we cannot fully guarantee that the item will look exactly as shown in the photograph.

The costs for changes to the delivery location after the order has been shipped or for second addresses not specified will be borne by the customer.

If the chosen item is ultimately not to your liking, we will not object to exchanging or returning it. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unworn and in their original packaging to guarantee a refund. Always keep the original product packaging, tags and receipt. We will process the return provided that no more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date. Please note that in this case only the item costs will be refunded, not the shipping costs, if any. These general terms and conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace any other general conditions, except in the case of prior, express and written cancellation. / ANDESITES may occasionally modify the articles of its general conditions, so it is advisable to read them each time you visit the andesites.com website. / These modifications are applicable from their publication on the internet and cannot be applied to contracts concluded previously. / Each purchase on the website is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. / We consider that once you have placed an order, you will have accepted our general terms and conditions of sale without reservation after having read them.

Price, method of payment, delivery, return of goods, and complaint forms.

I. Products on Offer or Outlet Products and/or Hiring Opportunities
/ Products on Offer will maintain their price (except for typographical errors or end of stock) until the date indicated on each offered item, then returning to their normal price / ANDESITES reserves the right to, in case of errata or typographical error, make the sale at the price stipulated by the manufacturer or distributor, after informing the client.
/ Products in the Outlet section are clearance items that will maintain their price until the item is sold out.
/ The amount of shipping costs will be shown to the customer separately at the time of placing the order.
/ ANDESITES reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate, and may update products and prices, even daily, based on the latest developments in the sector to which they belong.

II. Payment
/ All purchases can be paid for by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum, Klarna, and bank deposit or transfer.

III. Delivery
/ Delivery time is between 48 hours and 15 days depending on the chosen shipping method / ANDESITES will strive to meet this deadline / In the event that any of the requested items are unavailable, ANDESITES will process your order as quickly as possible.

IV. Withdrawal

/ In case of a product return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred, provided that the return is not due to an error in the merchandise or a defect in the garment.
/ Under no circumstances will the returned garment be exchanged directly.
/ As soon as it is verified that the returned garment is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed in the same way as the payment was made, deducting it from the amount to be refunded.
/ If it is a change of size or color, the customer, if they wish, has to make a purchase again.

V. Complaint Forms
/ Complaint forms are available to customers at any ANDESITES establishment.

Guarantee

/ All goods of a durable nature are guaranteed in accordance with current regulations, with ANDESITES, domiciled in Madrid, being the guarantor throughout the Spanish territory and the point of contact for the consumer.
/ The duration of this warranty is three years from the date shown on the invoice or sales receipt identifying the item.
/ ANDESITES will be liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the item, recognizing the consumer's right to repair or replacement of the goods, and if this is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Any statement in the instruction and warranty manual that contradicts Law 7/1988 on General Contract Conditions or Law 1/2007 on Consumers and Users is hereby void.

Intellectual and industrial property

/ The rights relating to industrial and intellectual property (brands, logos, texts, photographs, icons, images, as well as the graphic design, source code and other software elements contained in the website andesites.com) are owned by ANDESITES or the representative and manufacturing companies of the products and services offered. / Therefore, they are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights protected by Spanish and international legislation.
Without the prior written authorization of ANDESITES, or, where applicable, of the representative or manufacturer of the product holding the rights, it is not permitted to use, reproduce, transmit, manipulate, or make any use that exceeds normal and necessary use for visiting the page and using the services offered.
Access to the services provided does not imply, on the part of ANDESITES, a waiver, transfer or assignment, total or partial, of the rights derived from intellectual and industrial property, nor does it grant rights of use, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of these contents without the prior and express written authorization of the respective holders of said rights.
